In this episode, I chat with Dr Laura Walton the Scuba Psychologist and Scuba Diving Instructor. Over a brew, Laura explains how she's brought together her training as a Psychologist and love for Scuba Diving to offer a unique service to professionals and hobbyists alike, helping them in overcoming fears and obstacles in their diving practices.

Laura said "It would be good just to let divers know what I do, which is dive psychology education, coaching & therapy to help scuba divers be mentally, emotionally and physically fit-to-dive. I offer online coaching / therapy , to date mostly scuba divers who are having difficulty diving, or going beyond a certain point, for psychological reasons. As well as accessible courses to improve awareness and wellbeing."

If you want to hear all the details, grab yourself a brew and listen to his insightful and exciting story.

✅ “Fancy a brew?” a Scuba Diving inspired chat over a brew about life, adventure, mental and physical resilience and determination to succeed in the sport we love.

✅ The podcast where I’ll be talking to those who influenced me as a diver, about their incredible experiences and how they found mental and physical resilience, whilst devoting their lives to Scuba Diving. These will (hopefully) be insightful and exciting discussions about people taking on scuba diving and its challenges, and how they came out the other side stronger through finding inspiration in connecting with nature’s underwater world.
